Jerry Trochta to Receive Lifetime Achievement Award at Guelph Awards of Excellence 

On June 19, the Guelph Chamber of Commerce will welcome business and community leaders to celebrate the achievements of outstanding local businesses, organizations, and individuals at the 2025 Guelph Awards of Excellence. Jerry Trochta, co-founder of Kamil Juices (now KJ Urban Winery & Craft Brewing Supplies) and Cox Creek Cellars will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award, presented by RBC at the event.

“As a trailblazer in the Ontario wine industry, Jerry exemplifies what the Lifetime Achievement award represents,” says Andy Veilleux, President & CEO of the Guelph Chamber of Commerce. “We’re looking forward to celebrating Jerry’s proven dedication to creating high-quality, local wines that have helped shape the region’s wine culture, as well as her unwavering support for our community over the years.”

In addition to awarding the Lifetime Achievement Award, the Guelph Chamber will present awards in several other categories as part of the 2025 Chamber Business Awards.
