Lloyd Longfield to Receive Lifetime Achievement Award at Guelph Awards of Excellence

On June 18, the Guelph Chamber of Commerce will welcome business and community leaders to celebrate the achievements of outstanding local businesses, organizations, and individuals at the 2026 Guelph Awards of Excellence. Lloyd Longfield, previous Member of Parliament and former Guelph Chamber of Commerce President & CEO will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award, presented by RBC at the event. 

“Through his many years of public service and dedication to the economic prosperity of Guelph, Lloyd exemplifies what the Lifetime Achievement award represents,” says Andy Veilleux, President & CEO of the Guelph Chamber of Commerce. “We’re looking forward to celebrating Lloyd’s many achievements, as well as his unwavering support of the Guelph community over the years.” 

In addition to awarding the Lifetime Achievement Award, the Guelph Chamber will present awards in several other categories as part of the 2026 Chamber Business Awards.
